Ok what do I do here?

I'm new to the forums so i'm still feeling my way around here. I don't know how to use the quote thingy so if there is anybody kind enough to give me a hand?

ummm push "quote" located at the top right hand corner of the box. I'm not sure if you needed to start a new topic for that! hehehe.
