I don't know how old you are, I'm 20, but imagine this. You find out your daughter, 17 years old (hell make her 18), is dating a man 3 times her age. Would you be ok with that?
I probably wouldn't cut his balls off, but I'd have more than just a discussion with him.

sure, but the daughter is an adult, and dude, seriously, if you are a 60 year old and an 18 year old wants you, a lot of guys would be over all that (i would imagine anyways).
sounds like more of an issue between the father and daughter quite frankly...the poor 60 year old with the active libido simply got caught (cut) in the middle

Yeah, just think how much flak a guy in his mid-late 20s would take for having relations with a 17 year old. Now imagine that guy's dad going for those same girls. Ewwww. Our societal norms teach us that there is an acceptable age limit and anyone who breaks those norms get a lot of heat. For a guy who is 27 and a girl who is 17 the 10 years becomes relatively unimportant when one is 57 and the other is 47.
But when the guy is old enough to be her friggin' grandfather? That is just plain gross and wrong.

It's not like the guy raped his daughter though, it's consensual. To condone castrating a man with bread knife is rather creepy IMO.
I mean, who knows why the 17 year old dated the 60 year old. Maybe he was buying her a lot of nice things, maybe she just has a weird old guy fetish. But if it was 100% consensual and the guy didn't do anything fishy (like give her drugs or some weird mind control), then the father had no right and deserves all the punishment he's going to get.

If they are both consenting adults I don't see the big deal. Michael Douglas and Warren Beatty were still pumping girls that age when they were 57. Good for them too.
Sure it may be weird but anyone condoning castration in this scenario is seriously messed up.
