Just found out we're entertaining the in-laws this weekend for an early Christmas celebration. I'm looking for some new ideas as I won't have time to thaw out and brine the traditional turkey.
Any suggestions on what to make?

Butterball makes a stuffed, frozen turkey now. I almost picked one up last thanksgiving. It takes roughly twice as long to cook but there is no prep time other then taking out the giblet bag and throwing the frozen bird in a roasting pan.

We do Fodue every year rather than a turkey dinner.
start with a cheese fondue with bread
then we heat up the oil and do Beef, chicken, shrimp, Scallops, Mushroom etc with a bunch of different sauces
finsih off with a chocolate fondue for dessert.
very social meal and we have a great time everyyear
