Gilbert Arenas Once Took A Dump In A Teammates Shoe
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...010902200.html
There's an interesting article in the Washington Post about how Gilbert Arenas basically became the spoiled child of the Washington Wizards and how he was constantly able to get away with murder - being late to meetings, razing teammates, etc. - without ever getting into trouble. This of course leads to the argument that since he was never really disciplined, of course he thought it'd be fine to bring guns into work.
However, another great story in the article is that Arenas once took a dump in teammate Andray Blatche's shoe. Man, even frat guys find that disgusting. Disgustingly funny.

I don't believe it.
Even someone with almost zero self esteem would punch him the head for doing this. The alleged victim is almost 7 feet tall and 250 pounds. That's a big dude. It would cause damage to get punched by a guy that big.
I don't buy this story. It's kind of a moot point because I think Arenas is done in Washington for the gun incident in any event.

Gilbert sounds like a real ######bage.
Hopefully for the Wiz organization and Wiz fans they can void his contract because of this. Then they might have a future rather than the death spiral they are on now with that albatross around their neck.

The Arenas contract was already the worst contract in basketball without the gun thing.

You think Colangelo could plant guns in Arenas' locker to void his contract? Man that thing looks bad now.

Just like every other Sport case, I beleive Arenas will be back playing someplace else after he does some time. If Michael Vick can play after his sentence and Mike Danton playing for the St. Mary's Huskies, than Arenas will play within a couple of years.

But he'll lose $60M in the interim.

FYI he has been charged with carrying a pistol without a license. Any time spent in jail = contract voided.

So it looks like his max sentence is 5 years in prison.

prosecutors and defence agreed to the lowest end of the spectrum in terms of sentencing, but the judge is taking some time to decide. One tv sports law analyst guy is anticipating 30 days in jail.
I didn't know Arenas had a misdemeanor for gun posession before, or doing something stupid with a gun before.
My guess 45 days in the clink, contract voided, washington suddenly provided with a tonne of cap room for the offseason.....
