Definitely the CBC Radio 3 podcast. They just put our their summer road trip mix edition, so it's basically the best thing ever. Just saying.

It's been mentioned here many times, but the Ricky Gervais Podcasts are simply the greatest thing...well, ever.

I know that there are mixed feelings...but The Onion New Network is a great podcast IMO.
I also listen to the Time Greencasts, The learn Mandarin podcasts and some of those mentioned above. I think I had an addiction earlier this year...I just love podcasts in general.

The only one I listen to at the moment is Pardon The Interruption but now that I'm on holidays I can just watch it when it's on.

Great stuff everybody. I'm on my way to jasper tomorrow and many of these shall keep me company. I'll throw my vote out there for CBC's Quirks and Quarks ... satisfies the inner science nerd in me.

If you're into standup comedy, XM Radio's Stand Up, Sit Down with Sonny Fox is great. Long, uncensored interviews with plenty of comedy giants.
I recently discovered the Smodcast shows, and have been enjoying them.
I hate to agree with an Oilers fan, but he's right- the Ricky Gervais Show podcasts are one of the best things ever. Start off with the free ones, then purchase or hunt down the three seasons. If you can't get enough then, Pilkipedia has plenty more goodies.
Keeping on the comedy tip, Jimmy Pardo's Never Not Funny series isn't bad, and Doug Benson's I Love Movies is very entertaining.
Also, for the poker junkies, any incarnation of the Joe Sebok & Gavin Smith show (first The Circuit, then Pokerwire Radio, and now Pokerroad Radio are all excellent. They have a spinoff show that's non-poker related called Two Jacks In The Hole that I recommend also.
Some other ones I downloaded recently but haven't yet listened to are Keith And The Girl, and Scene Unseen, both of which came highly recommended.

-This American Life podcast is pretty good and has covered some great topics ("The Giant Pool of Money") recently.
-Around the Horn podcast is great and always well worth a chuckle and has good sports banter
-The Tony Kornhiser show is a great listen for the 6 months of a year that it's available.

Thanks for the tip on Vampire's. Bought it.
I also am a quirks and quarks guy.
I kind of like Vinyl Cafe on CBC.
Couple things I am looking for:
1) Decent regular flames chat podcast that updated regularly like fan590's hockeycentral (leafs centric).
2) A US market update in the early morning. Bloomberg for some reason completely whiffed on this. So has CNBC.
Anyone have suggestions on either of those?
