Default Why all the pop-ups today?

Every click on CP today brings up a pop-up ad, and my blocker is on.

What's going on?

Yeah, I'm getting the same thing -- whatever these popups are, they're being blocked by my company's proxy server as a possible security risk. Pop-up ads on other sites typically work fine (but are still very annoying).

I'm concerned that if I keep generating these warning messages, my work computer is going to be flagged by corporate security. Please resolve this soon!

Me too. At first I thought my pop up wasn't on but it was and I'm still getting them.

And I don't know if it is just me, but it seems you are understating it because i am getting them constantly - dozens and dozens of them (One at a time, but close one and another open moments later the moment i do anything on the site).

Oh ya I just posted this in the help/suggestion forum. Yes it's bad and seems to be worse than the previous visit.

I had it bad so I closed my browser and opened a new one. Seemed to fix the problem for me anyway.

It seems each time I click on a thread one pops up.

I've never had a pop up on this site. FireFox FTW!

It's a pop-up festival.

I am getting alot of blocked popups using firefox. I understand Bingo needs to make his $$ just like the next guy, so if this is what it takes then I can understand. However, I do hope that there could be an alternate income stream found.

Yeah, same here. I'm using Firefox with my pop-up blocker on, and every time I click or even press 'back', I get a full-screen popup.
