Alright kids, back by popular demand...tell your friends...its time for a new KG Eating Contest. As before with the JBC Challenge it will double as a pledge drive for CP. Neeper will be joining me and documenting the Challenge. I believe the time limit in at the Sushi BBQ Inn (on 16th across from SAIT by the way) is 2 hours. I will only be eating sushi off the all you can eat menu. No rolls, no other stuff, just sushi (and the 3 pieces of sashimi they allow you).
SO, post your guesses and pledges here folks. All money raised from the Challenge will go directly to CP server costs.

Greedy fataing Green Giant wanted a royalty most likely.
We'll have our own reen giant after KG eats the (Simpson reference) poision fish as the chefs at the Sushi BBQ scramble in the kitchen to find something more for him to stuff down his gullet after 1.5hrs.

Atta boy KG.
OK, when you say strictly sushi, are you talking nigiri or hand rolls? I guess it doesn't really matter, in terms of actual food consumed. But just wondering.
I think we're looking at possibly 30 pieces of sushi, maybe more. Probably more, actually.
Is $0.50 per piece enough of a donation? Without a ballpark prediction, it's tough to know...
But yeah, put me down for $0.50 per piece, up to a maximum of $25.

Well, Im talking a little oval of rice and piece of raw fish on it. To give an idea of amount... I have eaten 25-30 pieces before but Ive also eaten other things of the menu at the same sitting. I'm thinking at least 40.

You have to do better than last time KG. That was a huge dissapointment you had trouble with buns.
I say 44 pieces (they would last me for a week).

Remind me to schedule a vacation during that one. That's just nasty.

Heheh, Neeper don't forget you have to pay for the sushi he doesn't eat as well...
Not a fan of Sushi BBQ myself... what kind of fish for the sushi? Octopus? Urchin Gonads? Oysters? Fish eggs?
Maybe a KG Fear Factor event is in order....

$ 0.50/ piece.
You're gonna have all kinds of problems with the rice. I can't eat any more than 25 at one sitting without getting major gut cramps from the bloating.

Alright, put me down for 50 cents/piece, and I am predicting 42 pieces.
KG you seem to be a formidable eater, although I thought from the hype the burger challenge caused, there would have been higher totals, perhaps you need a challenge... someone to face off with? Think of it as a pace car.

Well, my mistake in the JBC Challenge was that I paced myself way too much in the beginning. In hindsight I should have pounded 6 or 7 the first hour and then 1 or 2 an hour after that. This one is diff though cause I only have the 2 hours. Maybe someday I'll be able to eat JBCs and I'll try again.

kevan guy, ive heard that the faster you eat, the more you can finish off. The reason for this is, that it takes a while for your body to send signals to the brain that it is full, and if you eat fast, you can get in some extra food while your body is still realizing that it is full.
