Default Bubble Tea in Calgary

Anyone have any recommendations on where to get the best bubble tea in Calgary? I recently tried it (in Vancouver) and like it but have no idea where I would find it in Calgary.

The place below the HSBC branch on 3 Ave SE is pretty good.

I like the one inside the mall.
Pearl Palace?

They have a special combo no one else has.

The one inside Dragon city mall is definitely the place to go. But try again is a close second.

Yep. I almost never go to Chinatown these days, but it's the only place I really remember getting bubble tea from.

The mall beside Centre Street Bridge and 2nd Ave has two decent places: Quickly and O-Cup

Always with pearls. I'll have to check that place out. I wish they were more common here

O-Cup is a pretty good option. The old Dessert House location. Before Dessert House went across the street and became full of themselves.

I haven't had good bubble tea in so long since I don't go to chinatown that much anymore but Try Again is pretty good. Dessert House is good as well but since they renovated to make the place bigger they are expensive as ****. The one in Dragon City isn't too bad either which is across from the Bakery.

Best bubble tea from best to worst

Try again, pearl house (in dragon city), bubblicious (in pacific place mall), dessert house (overpriced), ten ren (in panorama), bubblemania

Worst places, would never go to again, o cup and quickly. Powdered drinks for the price of fruit blends. Terrible service and quality too in my experiences.

There's a place called Hot Point on MacLeod trail (close to the Hooters, it's in the same area as the GoodLife). They have decent bubble tea, and pretty tasty individual sized hot pot.

I've probably been to every place possible for bubbletea in Calgary and I don't know why but nothing compares to Vancouver. I remember the good old days when bubbletea was only $4 a cup now its $6!+ At least what I like to order from Bubblemania is.

Try Again is the only answer. Everything else is watery garbage.

Further south, there's a Vietnamese place in the plaza on Elbow and Anderson.

I like O Cup but then again, I never order fruit drinks. I usually go for an actual tea flavored drink and they are good at those.

Bubblemania is way too sweet, even if you ask for half-sweet.
