Awesome! Looks really sharp
With Winnipeg and Regina both getting brand new stadiums there is ZERO EXCUSE as to why Calgary can't have a new Stadium.

Holds lots of empty seats for the return to their losing ways.

I was going to make a joke about how the little animated fans don't look... "Saskatchewan-ey" enough

That's going to seat a lot of green dbags over the years.

I don't notice any watermelons, Pilsner cowboy hats, or ugly chicks in the render, so it has to be corrected...
On a serious note, the stadium looks awesome. Not a fan of the Riders, but stadiums like this one, and the new one in Winnipeg, are key to the CFL's stability in the future.
Of course, the Stamps will one-up it, right?

Looks too nice for Regina. LOL
On a strictly architectural/engineering perspective, I'd love to see how that structure works in a wind tunnel. It just looks like if the wind came from the wrong direction that it would take flight.

Pretty fancy. Stamps new stadium should be up to that quality in the least.
Nice to see the league looking like a modern day professional league now with these nice new venues; aside from Hamilton taking the cheap route.

Step One: Don't build it in Regina.

The open end is facing south. Ever been to Regina? The wind usually comes in from the northwest, because Manitoba sucks and Alberta blows.

Couple things:
- the architects poured over 100 years of historical weather data in order to design the bowls and roof structures. This lead to the design/placement that you see
- this stadium will be FIFA approved. Now I know that all you haters think Canada has no shot at the WC, but Regina wants to be a player regardless

But they don't want to pay the players.
