The Tanger outlet mall is just across the highway from the jobbing arena. Parking is fabulous and acess on and off the freeway is easy.
Other than that, it's pretty much like any other large outlet mall. Bargoons can be had, for sure. But you have to look for them. Mostly, last year's fashions are up for sale.
The mall does not have an Auntie Ann's Pretzles kiosk. A bit of a minus in my books.
They have a website which lists all the stores with a map. Plus you can print off coupons. FYI, those same coupons and map are available at the mall
I give the place a "B"

I was down there in February and it was definitely worthwhile (although we were already in Glendale for the Flames/Coyotes game so we didn't have to make the long drive just for the shopping). There were some amazing deals as everything seemed to be on sale that weekend.

It's not too far from my place down there. I've walked through it a couple of times - I would concur with annasauve's view - it a B, but if you are down there anyway, it's worth checking out.

no man should ask for a review of a mall

Half of my "nice" wardrobe seems to be from the Saks Off Fifth from a Tanger outlet. The one I go to is in Long Island, not Arizona, but if you see one, definitely go in. Some amazing deals to be found on nice coats, blazers, suits, etc. I also bought my wedding tux from a Hugo Boss in a Tanger.

I came thinking Alex Tanguay owned an outlet mall. I am leaving disappointed.

I stayed across from Jobbing last year when I went to see the Cards play. While some say no man should ever ask about a mall, I personally enjoy a nice outlet mall and buying a bunch of stuff at a quarter of the price I would pay here.
I know this wont help much but I asked all the locals and they always said to go to a different one. It was maybe a 20-25 minute drive down the highway but they said it would be worth it. My overall review was not great. I didn't really find the great deals I expected. Then again I always seem to have luck at the premiere in Vegas and the 2 didnt compare.

I think Alex Tanguay, Eric Tangradi and Kris Letang should open a breastaurant called "Tangers".

Mediocre as far as outlet malls go. Only place I'd go back to is cole haan for work shoes. Maybe decent inventory omens and goes and infound a bad time, but when I was there inventory was quite weak.

Arizona Mills is way better in my opinion. Worth a stop if you are in the area, but not worth the drive from Mesa/Scottsdale

I'll second this. I actually owe a quarter of my wardrobe to both this and the Barney's Co-op outlet in Honolulu of all places.
$250 jeans on for $40, $100 golf shirts for $20. Plus they are all high name brand. Basically shopping at Holt (which I never do) at Sears prices.
I've stopped buying my clothes in Canada. I was in Chicago last week and even in the actual Saks, they had 50% everything sale. Good luck getting that in rip off Holt.

Is there a good Nordstrom's Rack down there? I know in some cities there are scuzzy ones and great ones (Seattle comes to mind...)
