New League Rule: CPU Play Enabled By Default
In order to reduce the amount of simmed games occurring, everyone will have to have their teams set to CPU play enabled; even if you have no difficulty getting your games in. Please ensure your rosters are setup properly so the CPU won't over-adjust your team during games that are played by CPU or simulated.
If a GM doesn't have their settings enabling CPU play by Wednesday, and remain set to that setting for the remainder of the season, the offending GM will be removed from the league.
The procedure for this is players aren't allowed to play against the CPU until 7PM MT on the evening before the advance, or you gain permission from the opposing team GM beforehand.
Before the GM can play against the CPU on the final day if they haven't been able to get in contact with the opposing GM, they MUST post in the matchup thread earlier in the day as a public announcement they've had difficulty communicating. At this point, the GM that made the announcement has the right to play the game against the CPU.
The latest a human-human game can occurring on the final day before advance in 9PM MT. If a GM cannot play their game before that time, then the opposing GM is allowed to play against the CPU.
This means players should be communicating with their opponents for the week on the first day of advance, second day the latest, in order to minimize conflicts occurring. So please make sure you're posting in the weekly matchup threads, and sending private messages to your GM opponents to arrange setting up a game.
A GM playing the CPU prior to 7PM on the final night of the week without opposing GM consent is a serious offense, and will result in the offending GM being removed from the league.
