Looking to rent out one or both of the spare rooms in my house. It's a three bedroom, two bath townhouse in Pembrook, just off Memorial and 52nd. A parking stall out front is included with things. Looking to fill this for the end of February. Asking $500 a month...less if I find more then one. Includes all utilities, Telus Optik HD and Internet
