Does anyone use or know or recommend a VPN provider that has an endpoint in Toronto?

I haven't personally used it, but i have heard that witopia.net is a good service. they have an endpoint in Toronto.

Cool, good to know.. StrongVPN is performing very well for me - I'm easily able to get 20 megabits throughput from a Hamilton endpoint testing against servers in the GTA, which is comparable to what I can pull without the VPN (or maybe a little less, but certainly sufficient for NHL Gamecenter and LeafsTV).

I've used witopia for a couple of years and have been pretty happy with it. Can't speak to speeds you would get with it though as my speeds are always limited by being in China anyways.
