We get 3rd upgraded to 2nd.
Otherwise me need Stars to go to the finals to get an extra 3rd.
Think I would rather have the upgraded 2nd rather then a long shot at an extra 3rd

Both of these teams should be able to smoke the oilers. Didn’t see most of the game but tuned in for OT. Stars with way more possession. Have to think they’ll win , based on zone time. Though who knows…

The winner by Johnson reminded me of the game 7 winner vs Dallas in 2022 just mirrored in terms of the shot. Thompson was fantastic through the first two to keep Vegas in the game. Looked like Vegas was starting to play better in the third. Dallas pretty much played 5 day and Tanev did miss a bit of the OT but made it back.

Their scouts and management have been absolutely phenomenal when it comes to identifying top talent in the back half of the first round and 2nd round. I can’t remember a team having such a run like they have. As long as they can keep that up they will be very good for a long time.
Flames should go all Patriots and rummage through their garbage cans for any intel on their picking order.

Thompson was on fire all game. Could have been 4-0 midway with normal goaltending.
Rooting for the stars to pull this off. Vegas are cheaters.

Watched the 3rd and OT...found it surprisingly interesting as I don't really care about either team. Was also curious to watch Hanifin and Tanev in different roles. Think Tanev is outplaying Hanifin who looked slow and uneven yesterday.
