I realize that my ramblings in the Real Estate thread might be misinterpreted (and I know housing can certainly be a very personal and emotional thing.) Just wanted to touch base and make sure you know I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything to ya - the analysis of the industry is just interesting to me.
