Are FO% stats available for the AHL? I don't see it on the regular or expanded stat page. Just curious to see how Jankowski is doing in that department. Currently 3rd in rookie scoring, which is nice.

After all this is Feaster's pick & so far, it seems that Feaster's team has been the most successful Flames team as opposed to Trelivings 'Team'.

That is an idiotic theory

a. No.
B. Feaster's big picks that got his "team" success are some of the ones who are underperforming the most this year.

With Bennett on the wing, where might Jankowski fit on a call up? 3rd line center?

Yeah if Bennett's on the wing it's much easier to find a fit for Jankowski.

Now leads the team in goals and points

Call him up!! We need some youthful exuberance. Bennett on the wing. Janko 3rd line center. Done and Done!

Would be thrilled if he is as good a player as Nic Dowd with the Kings, who was a 7th round pick and Hobey Baker finalist.

It's time to call him up and move Bennett to the wing. Best in house solution the Flames have for the forward group currently. Could look like this:
Gaudreau - Monahan - Brouwer
Tkachuk - Backlind - Frolik
Bennett - Janko - Versteeg
Ferland - Stajan - Hathaway
extras Bouma, Hamilton, Chiasson, altho any of them could be traded/waived/shot into the sun, whatever.

Jeez, I get that he's in the NHL now but that's a low bar. I think people need to realize that marginal NHLer is the low end project for Jankowski now. And Janko might not realize his potential but he has 2x the upside of Dowd offensively.
Dowd has accomplished the same offensive output or less at every level outside the NHL and he was 3 years older than him at the same stages in his career.
For example - Dowd scored 9 goals in his first AHL season... and he turned 25 years old that season. Janko has 13 goals halfway through his first season and he's 21/22 this year.

Not only his first pro hat trick, his first hat trick since getting drafted. He had a few 2 goal games in College, but no hat tricks.

Never mind goals. Outscored him in college and outscored him in the AHL, as well as being a 3rd line center behind Carter and Kopitar.
