From spurs twitter

Quote:
Tottenham WILL play European football next season. Only thing that can deny them Europa League is a combination of all three results:
• Chelsea beat Bournemouth
• Sheff Utd beat Spurs, AND
• Man Utd beat Man City in the FA Cup Final
My entire life has taught me how this ends, a parlay has been placed

With the right draw they could definitely make knockouts

Hopefully they get a fee for him but doesnt look like it... brighton are a staggering 400 million pounds in debt. they were to hit a rough patch after one of these management changes and go down/lose their tv money they would be in massive trouble. Only united (which is the glazers debt that they took on to buy the club), spurs and everton owe more money and two of those have large state of the art stadiums to show for their debt. Brighton have a pretty bland identikit stadium with minimal corporate facilities and a decent squad but they have been spending well beyond their means for years and feel like a club on a tightrope to me

There's the season...guess we will see what happens if City ever get the justified point penalties against them

What a goal by Kudus to at least bring a little possible drama, although with Arsenal now losing it might not even matter if West Ham get something.

Edit: Arsenal level. So hey it's at least interesting for a bit longer.

Even thought the scorelines are what they are, I'd be oddly optimistic if I was an Arsenal fan? Man City really should have scored at least 5 in that half and it should be well over, but I expect Arsenal will find a way with Everton, so we'll see if all those misses haunt City.

Makes for some hope in the 2nd half.
City have to deal with the nerves, where Arsenal probably play optimistic in their match.

But...I see city winning 4-1 or something like that.

either way, congrats to Arsenal on a great season. Just falling short against this fraudulent abomination of a football club is nothing to be ashamed of.

Well that was a big one for City to at least take the nerves off.

pretty unreal job by Oliver Glasner at Crystal Palace so far. Curious how they'll do next season.

Well now, West Ham score again. Tense final 10 coming for both.

Edit: Handball, boo.

One of these decades the league will really have to crack down on having a club cheat their way to victory every year.

It’s been a fantastic season.Arsenal have been such fun to follow. Hopefully we can regroup and build on this next season. The second half has been nothing short of phenomenal.

It's a nice thought, kind of the same thought that one day Trump will actually be punished for all the #### he does. World is what it is, corruption and money always wins. Just need Pep to leave so the league can be competitive again, for all the talk of him being a chequebook manager his ability to keep his guys motivated and hungry deserves a ton of credit.
