I’m not sure I follow. His third shot on a par 5 was from 20 yards off the green? That’s not exactly awful.
I saw the video of his decel, that wasn’t good obviously.

No, I was saying when you set yourself up for a 20 yard chip to the hole with your third shot and walk away with a bogey, you collapsed.
Plus it's not a difficult par 5, in fact was ony the third player to bogey it all day.
