Team Big Turk FTW! Truly a love or hate chocolate bar. For those that love them, we LOVE them! Big Turk is a Canadian icon up there with Hawkins Cheezies.
Had my first one as a kid in the late 70's attending my brother's hockey tournament in Radium, haven't looked back since.
Oh Henry and Kit Kat would round out my top 3. Wish we had Cherry Ripe in Canada.

It's when you bite the Toblerone and the pointy bit jabs the roof of your mouth
Very true.
They taste good but I’m annoyed that, every time I break off a triangle, flecks of chocolate come off and often end up on my clothes.
I love Big Turks. I can smash a bag of mini Turks in less than 5 minutes. It’s a problem.
I used to really like Wunderbars but either my palate has changed or the ingredients did because they always taste kind of stale and bland now. Maybe nobody else buys them and they sit around for years…tastes that way.
My Charleston Chew experience…every time:
First bite and second bite - “god, this is the best thing ever.”
Third/fourth/fifth/six bites - “my teeth and jaw hurt…not sure I can finish this.”
Last two bites - “damn this is good…can I get another one?”

They used to sell them in Canada as Special Crisp, but it's probably been at least 20 years since I've seen them.
Has anyone else noticed that Crispy Crunch has become very hard to find recently (since around Halloween)? I hope Cadbury isn't thinking of discontinuing them.

I remember the family stocking up on those in particular for vacations and wondering why.
Don’t worry, my wife has a recipe for homemade eatmore bars. All you need is some stale peanuts, some molasses, and some other stuff, and you can make your own.
it's astonishing to think that there are people out there who took the divine delight of traditional Turkish Delight—amazing stuff—and somehow managed to concoct the absolute worst, flavourless jelly substance imaginable, dunk it in brown paraffin wax, and had the audacity to label it as Turkish Delight. Simply unbelievable.
Have mostly quit eating full chocolate bars, but Dairy Milk, milk chocolate was the one.
I just have a small handful of milk choclate chips now if I need something chocolaty

My favorite was always Sweet Maries, but I can't find them anymore. So now I have to settle for Oh Henries.
My uncle was a senior manager for Nielson Chocolates in Toronto, and had a friend who invented the Crispy Crunch. They would be my second choice, as a reminder of him...one fantastic uncle.
