Lalo has to be the best written on screen villain for a tv show I can remember in ages. Performed brilliantly too.

Disagree. Gustavo Fring is a better-written villain, imo.

Fun fact, I've met Giancarlo Esposito (actor playing Gus) a few years ago in the elevator of the Palliser Hotel here in Calgary. The guy is barely 5-ft tall.

The scene of saul at the country club making a scene made it worth it

I’ve always thought that Howard would kill himself if Kim and Saul get their way and end his career, it would be another big thing that would show how far they’ve fallen

Howard was a golden boy who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, the complete opposite of Kim’s upbringing. He also refused to give Kim credit for bringing in Mesa Verde and still kept her doghouse at HHM. Saul seems bitter that Howard was able to move on from Chuck’s death so quickly and viewed his job offer as an insult

I actually think he’s a nice guy who’s well-intentioned but I get why Kim and Saul have (wrongly) treated him as a punching bag. Plus they want that sweet $2 mil in Sandpiper money.

No way that’s true. I am 6’. He was about a foot shorter.

I love that there is a website specifically for celebrity heights. Not weight, hair colour, age, or anything else. Just height.

Managed to stay out of this thread for 2 years! When season 5 came out, I missed the first coupl episodes and fell victim to AMC's stupid retention policies. I am sure I could have set sail to find it, but went ahead and waited for it to hit Netflix. Got done with season 5 the other night and then watched the first 2 season 6 episodes last night.

Feels great to be caught up and able to discuss the show and read what others are thinking. I have loved this show since day 1. The evolution of Saul is now surpassed by the evolution o fKim in my mind. Lalo has been an amazing villain. Fring continues his persona we have known for so long now. So much to enjoy in this show.

For those that were discussing the episode 1 flash forward, my understanding is that they are dedicating a whole episode to a flash forward this season. (I don't think thats particularly a spoiler worth fact) I will be interested to see how and when that happens.

Just like everyone else, I am really anxious with what happens with Kim. I have madly fallen in love with Rhea Seehorn.

This is the best show on television by a wide margin. What really ticks me off is how AMC ran a teaser a few nights ago during a commercial break that gave away the whole season! I won't post anything in here because I don't want to ruin it for anyone the way AMC ruined it for me. What were they thinking?

I saw that start to come on AMC+ at the end and immediately shut it off. That seems like something you'd expect from a cheesy network show, not a high quality show like this.

That was a great episode.

I didn't know they said the F word on AMC shows. I don't recall hearing it before on this or BB.

Fascinating show...

I always thought Kim would be trying to pull Jimmy back from becoming Saul.

Instead she is pushing him reluctantly towards it.
