Yes it was, but they don't call this on every team..the too many men penalty.

The depth guys have been solid.
Brodie, Gio, Monahan (and perhaps Bennett) need to step up offensively.
They can't continue to be less than stellar and hope to win games. Best players aren't getting it done offensively you don't win games and make the playoffs. Pretty simple.

Too many men in once instance, and then completely ignored several minutes later leading to a goal.
NHL officiating is outright embarrassing it's so egregiously poor.
