With the number of voices in the room, this is really no surprise ...

I wonder if they go around the table and have each person introduce themselves and tell a quick story about themselves. Y'know, like an ice-breaker. That could take 20-30 minutes alone.
Then the NHL does a quick preamble as to why they are there. They watch the video, and from all the angles (they probably have a couple more angles that we'll never see). Somebody notices a good looking gal in the 3rd row and brings focus to her. Somebody else is a little more progressive thinking and calls him out for being sexist. Then a big debate begins about human rights. Finally Colin Campbell reigns things back in after Gary Bettman gives him the death stare.
Campbell talks again about why they are there and then allows Henderson to give his victim impact statement. He talks about how he had to stay in the hospital, and he hurt. He was scared for his life, he didn't know if he was ever going to walk, talk or see again, but most importantly he didn't know if he was ever going to have a chance to provide a safe and fun playing experience for NHL players ever again.
Then the NHLOA talks about how Wideman should be suspended for life, from any arena in the greater Earth area, and how he should also have all of his stats wiped out from the last four years. Brian Burke interrupts a few times. This angers Colin Campbell, but Brian Burke gives him the death stare and Campbell decides to forget about Burkie's outbursts.
Then Dennis Wideman is allowed to talk about what happened. He was tired and confused, no comment. Treliving brings up a compelling argument for them to have Boston Pizza brought in as this meeting is taking too long. He has connections, he can make it happen. Gary Bettman counters with his other connections and thinks they should bring in Little Caesars. The NHLOA disagrees with both of those choices and wants something healthier. It's a 3-way argument as to what they should eat.
It gets loud. Media will start reporting about how heated things must be because they hear a commotion in the board room. Flames fans go crazy, CP comes to a burning halt.
By the time CP is back up, things in the board room calmed down. They got some Timbits, by the way. Everybody has made their case, oh, and speaking of case, Colin Campbell brought a case of beer. So they sit around telling stories and drinking beer. Reminiscing about the good ol' days of hockey.
All the beer is finally consumed, they stumble out of the board room, the media start asking questions, nobody will speak in fears that people catch on that they were drinking. Later on that night the NHL releases that Dennis Wideman was suspended 10 games for drinking more beer than anybody else. Fans and media everywhere are confused.
