What did everyone think of the season 2 primiere of American Horror Story? I think I liked the start of season 1 a lot better.
Spoiler!
Also is the head nun in the asylum the neighbour from last season? They look and act a lot alike.
Spoiler!
Yes, I agree that the premier in Season 1 really hooked me better than this year's... I suppose it'll be interesting to see how the alien storyline plays out.
And yes, Jessica Lange is playing the nun this year, which is awesome considering how incredible her performance was in Season 1.

Yeah I liked the start of last season better as well, but the good news is they are bringing back Dylan McDermott back to play some sort of role which should help out matters.
I don't now where they are going with the whole alien storyline though.
Spoiler!
However, that monster thing the chick ran into at the end was pretty damn scary looking.

How the hell does Whitney get air time and Community gets the shelf.
Freaking 2 Broke Girls is better and that shows quality is up there with a horsecrap smoothie.
I think it is because she is a chick.
Not sure why unfunny and awful shows get to keep going because they are hosted/written/star a chick.
I think networks need to force feed shows with women involved for diversity reasons. Only way to explain awful shows like 2 broke Girls, the new girl, Whitney and anything involving Chelsea Handler.

I find it funny that New Girl stars Zooey Deschanel and is produced, written by her, yet the only funny bits on that show are from the three guys.

I don't agree with that, I think she is funny and has some pretty good lines in the show. The "Schmidt" character absolutely steals the show though, they could pretty easily spin off a sitcom based around him alone.

I got excited when you said Nova Science, then I read no Neil deGrasse Tyson. What a fail.

The information was still there, which despite deGrasse Tyson is the meat of the show, so I still really enjoyed it. The guy is certainly a little goofy but it was still Nova ScienceNow.
Can't wait for Cosmos, Canada02. Tyson has a lot on his table so you can see why he dropped out of hosting Nova.
