Damnit! I read through most of the 1st page before I realized this was a bump for a 2006 thread. In my head I kept thinking "You moron! 92.1 is CJay. And 92.9 is already a channel!" to the OP.

I was like this at first, now I love his act and can't get enough of it. I tune in early to hear his banter the the DJ on right before him!

I think there's only about a 10 day retention for that, so, if it's a really old thread like this one that gets bumped, you'll get taken to the first post within the last 10 days or so.

The majority of the roofers, framers and random tradespeople would commit mass suicide if CJAY were to go off the air.

I've tried many times to listen to him with different mindsets trying to see what's funny and I can't. He repeats his jokes at least twice a week, the constant self depreciation humour is no longer funny because its far too overdone and his schtick of making people sound like idiots is very bland. All of his on air work sounds forced and scripted which is a stark contrast from the rest of the personalities on X.

When he's doing one of his 'bits' I always get the feeling that he just read about something and is now making fun of (bullying??) others for not knowing about it.
Basically the same stuff I see my 5 yo do

Carly is not only not hot, but she was definitely not friendly on the One Weekend Only trips. She had an entrourage of dudes hanging around her and she kept drinking booze out of a coffee pot. That was nice, but her attitude wasn't.
Greg Beharrel is a nice guy in person but I can't stand his radio show. The way he cuts up the phone interviews is so old and boring.
I've seen Fraiser at his drunkest and it's one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Sliding across a wall and mumbling incoherently.
Roger and Candice are nice, I haven't really spoke to them much.
Newsboy is a really cool guy, and his wife gave me beer so she wins in my books.
I've hung out with Marcello a few times, and the man knows more Simpsons quotes than anybody else I know. Him and a friend of mine get together for Leafs games as they're huge fans unfortunately.
There. That's all the DJ's I know and my experiences with them. I hope you all don't care and pass over this post with a look of utter disgust on your faces.
Edit: Oh yeah, I almosted heel-dropped Lynch in the face during an Indian Wrestling match.
