Default Emptying entire telus webmail at once

I have nearly 5,000 emails in my telus webmail trash box. Is there some way I can empty the entire trash box all at once rather than clicking emails and deleting them a page at a time?

Just playing with it now..... and looking into your problem too!

I see that you can click on the box the is parellel to Sender, Subject, Date and that will select the entire page. Not sure if you were already doing that or not.

Still looking for another option there.

Edit- Also under "My Settings"- "General" you can have it show you 50 messages per page.

I had a client get his out-of-office response in a message loop with another person's out of office response, and filled their telus webmail with 35,000 messages - I removed them the same way you are, 50 at a time - 5,000 messages won't take very long, its not that bad.

Once I click to check all 50 emails and hit delete forever, it takes about 25 seconds to delete the page. At this rate, it will take quite a bit of time. Is this normal?

I dunno - I was actually working with the Telus shared hosting webmail, which I assume is similar.
