Blackberry Curve Problem
So I can scroll on my blackberry but can't click on icons and none of my keys will work (IE. can't dial numbers, or pick up phone calls being received unless I'm in my car on bluetooth).
I didn't drop the phone or anything. It just went this way tonight. Anyone else have this issue, or know how to correct the problem?
I called Bell and went through the whole troubleshooting thing with them, and they said to take it in to the store.
I'm gonna be mad as hell if it permanently screwed and they don't give me a new one and a loaner until I get that new phone. The guy on the phone said there was a $35 dollar fee even though my phone is less than a year old and still under warranty.
