Sirianni first got into the NFL on Todd Haley's staff in K.C. so I can see where the fake tough guy mantra comes from. After 2 seasons the Chiefs players had their fill of Haley and weren't going to play for him. When he had Charlie Weiss to run his offence it was functional. When he went back to college it was a disaster.
Seeing a few parallels between Haley and Sirianni. Don't know if he'll be removed, but with how the season ended, it's more likely than I would have thought two weeks ago.
