Its always great when these bad outcomes are obvious well before they even happen but somehow people are convinced that this is the way to go.

Votes for something that will have long term impacts for the people of Britain, but did not have long term plans to live there.

It is genuinely not uncommon to hear people complaining because they voted for Brexit to impose travel and settlement restrictions on others, but not for themselves.

The exit polling after brexit it showed a massive gulf between age and vote. Older people voted for brexit. Younger against.
