McDonald has put up good numbers since being drafted. Solid resume thus far so I went with him

Gotta go with Tuulola til he's gone now.

Went dube again. Kid's skilled. I have him over fox, both small but high skilled. Size is a bigger hurdle for dmen though.
Dube, fox, Macdonald, tuulola is my upcoming order.

You must be grading on a curve, his numbers look terrible to me.

What is this based on? Is it based on his single scrimmage he played or is it based on other items? Sorry to single you out and if it is based on the latter that is great. I just hope people aren't voting for him this early because of his play in a single development camp scrimmage.
He was a 6-round pick a month ago. He was 10th in scoring on his Finnish junior team. I am not sure how one development camp scrimmage jumps him ahead of guys the Flames picked in the second/third rounds a month ago. Not to mention guys like Pollock and McDonald.

I went with Pollock. He was one of the Stars better prospects. He led his team in scoring by a good margin last season and he progressed well in junior. He has a good combination of size and skill. I think he is a bit underrated here because he was a late season acquisition and he didn't wow in development camp.
I think Fox, Dube, and McDonald are good choices here as well.

Macdonald not looking great. i know.....too early to tell, the Q has no defense, goalies take time. His numbers are getting worse and was brutal on team Canada. Trending toward bust/career AHLer more than NHL player.

Fox.
Wanted him ever since I read this prior to the draft. Was happy to see the Flames get them where they did.

Also went Fox. He and Phillips are strong candidates to be in the top 10 next year.

Don't know about others, but I watched Tuulola play in the U18 this year and I remember thinking he looked good. Like late 2nd to late 3rd round good. Good size, good work ethic, some edge to his game, not afraid to make shoot the puck and make plays, seemed to enjoy the tense moments of the game. Pretty good shot. Just generally a guy that clearly liked to be noticed and didn't do it in a stupid way. I think that's a plus.
Admittedly I didn't watch that analytically (obviously had no idea he'd end up with the Flames), so I really couldn't make an analytical comparison to other guys left on the list and say with confidence that "this guy is better than that guy".
Especially with his good showing at camp I feel very comfortable voting for him at this point. Seems like the right ballpark, and his injuries are a clear rational reason why he might have dropped way too much. I won't argue whether he's better or worse than some other guy getting votes now, but at least I've seen this guy play, several full games.

Fox.
Highly regarded in this draft, many felt he was a steal where he was taken. His play in development camp exemplified his smarts and skill. I expect to see him playing in the AHL after two seasons of NCAA.
McDonald...why? His stats are awful as is the eye test. He will need an exceptional year to remain in the top 20 in my opinion.
Tuulola had a great camp, but still a small sample size.
Dube is skilled, but appears to be a bit of a reach for the second round.
Pollock is interesting, but I haven't seen enough yet to properly rank him.
For me it goes: Fox, Tuulola, Pollock, Dube, Phillips, McDonald, Hathaway, Schneider, Ollas Mattsson

McDonald, fox, Hathaway, dube, tuulola and pollock all seem to be in a very similar pool, each with different pros and cons.
