Earlier in the season after we lost 5-1 against Montreal I boycotted the Senators game right after, and we all know what run started in that one. I might have to not watch game 4..

I'm kind of thinking this too, but I know I'll tune in to watch their last game, or whatever. Bummed. Not angry, which is surprising, just really disappointed in the turnout of this game when it looked like they had it sewed up.

The average shoulder height for an average height 5'-8.5" male is 4'-8 5/8".

The average shoulder height for a 6' tall hockey player on skates is 3'-11".

We got screwed, twice.

And they want us to continue watching their games after we're eliminated?
Isn't happening. Nope.

The game has lost its integrity. We don't even know what the rules are any more. And it's not just a fan thing. The coach, the GMs reaction, it says the same thing. What's the point.

WELL. One game at a time now, guys. Not much pressure, eh? Flames can still take the 4th game at home. Win at the Honda Center somehow? oh ****. Now we're talking. As unlikely as it is.
Hockey is ****ing crazy and anything can happen.

glue gun doesn't like to talk to/coach the players during the game. he likes to do it the next day.

Add another Center like Monahan on this team , find a legit Starter and this team is a contender , a couple of legit bottom 6 dman would not hurt either.

Was hard to tell at the game.

That late 2nd was a killer. We were sitting back and got burned. Put's them within two entering the 3rd and we come out content to hold in for a win. I think we've all seen enough hockey to know that this was a turning point, with the high stick BS as the nail in our coffin.

Who knows, maybe we win 4 straight. I need to finish this last tallboy.

Well if the Flames bow out on Wednesday, at least we'll all be able to get more fresh air and excercise.

for me, sometime in May or whatever, I'll turn on the TV and the announcement will come out that XYZ team has won the Stanley Cup, and I'll be able to say "Isn't that nice".

Well now that you're not at the game and have certainly viewed the highlights available what are your thoughts on that goal and that goal alone?

And I really doubt it was tough to tell at the game, they played it on the jumbotron.

I agree, but it also did a lot to deflate the players and the crowd. Bernier did a great job with the few chances the Flames did have after they pulled Gibson, but still...I honestly think that had that call gone differently then the ducks don't tie this one.

He let in shots that a good goalie shouldn't let in.

The 4th goal was bad too. Elliot was complaining to the ref and then he whiffed on a routine save...and yes for the apologizers a high deflection to the glove side is not an epic save, it's routine if you goalie can track a damn puck.
