Well, it seems to be the worst kept secret out there that the league uses it extensively - especially pitchers. I do wonder how it works with most states still banning possession? If a player gets caught in possession, and they're convicted, will MLB punish them?

I can’t think of a baseball city that it isn’t either legal, decriminalized or AGs are not prosecuting. If somehow a wealthy baseball player managed to get prosecuted and convicted, I’m sure it would be treated like a drunk and disorderly.
