Dimmu Borgir (NWS). Scandinavian metal. I thought this song was 8 minutes long when I first heard it, it's 3.5 min, that is epic metal.
Dude they are probably one of the best Black Metal bands along with Old Man's Child (from whom they got one of their guitarists), and their organ looks epic

Children of Bodom is worse? What the hell, Bodom rules. But of course they aren't as brutal as other bands, but that doesn't make them bad. Alexi could play rings around any Death metal guitarist.

Children of Bodom is the band I first got into metal with, but after I found Kalmah I quickly got over CoB.
Good lookin on Wintersun... I LOVE that band. Im gonna check out the other ones right now. Arsis I liked.. Kalmah is pretty sick Im listening right now, any particular songs that stand out?
Didn't classify any of it cause well...you can go a lot of ways with most of it. Just some stuff I would recommend that I haven't seen mentioned yet, though I could be wrong. Enjoy! Love this thread.
