Anyone pick up their seasons tickets package yet? What do we get?
Depends what tier your tickets are. For Troops (the cheapest level) you get an exclusive scarf, a sticker and your membership card which gives you 15% off purchases in the team store. I think instead of the scarf the higher tiers got a seat cushion or something. Didn't really look too closely.

Shermanator, do you have a list of songs/chants with the lyrics that the supporters group sings? It would be great to have the chance to learn a few of them before Saturday.
Looking at ticketmaster, it looks like all the reasonably priced tickets for Saturday have been taken, so really exciting to see that there is genuine support for the team.

They had a roster reveal event at Barcelona Tavern downtown last week where they were doing package pickups. They also had a friendly against Foothills FC on Saturday at Spruce Meadows where they did pickups. At this point I'm guessing you'd have to pick them up at Spruce Meadows but I really don't know.

I called last week as I wasn’t able to make it to that event or this past Saturday. They said you can go to Spruce Meadows this week or they’ll have them at the first couple games. I wasn’t sure what it would be, and wondered if I should go this week at some point rather than carry it around at the game.

There is a song list on our supporter group's Facebook page (in the private group). Since it will be the first game, I guarantee things will be disorganized from that front. 75% of the group will be new, and most of our more established songs don't apply anymore. Going to try and keep it basic to start.
I do want to sing Cavalry by Corb Lund at kickoff though.

Signed up for onesoccer. Really good quality. Lookin at how amazing Victoria looks with a packed, loud stadium I'm pissed at Cavalry for ensuring tons of empty seats again, lol.
I just have to let it go and get excited for the season. Hopefully the other fans will make up for it with great atmosphere. Too bad it had to be the middle seats that will be front and centre on camera.

One thing from watching this I wonder what the cost would be per city for a tall camera stand at centre field instead of this one that seems to be about 10 feet tall.
I'm confused about the app. It says right in the email that the app is available on apple and googleplay. But nothing comes up in a googleplay search. Did they call it something weird?

Try searching for "OneSoccer MediaPro". Not sure why "OneSoccer" doesn't find it but I had the same issue.

I'm by no means a soccer fan, but I thought I would check out a game with my Soccer Hooligan friend...The tickets are more expensive than a Toronto FC and Vancouver Whitecaps!!
How can they justify that!?

Someone should really ask that question. There's no reason for ticket prices to be higher than MLS ticket prices. Me thinks it's because Spruce Meadows has no idea how to price tickets for soccer yet.
Also, I'm pissed about the weather for Saturday... sigh. Why can't it be WARMER than normal? We're apparently going to be below average right until the second half of May.

I had a response written, but I have deleted it because a) it has already been said by pretty much everyone, on every social media platform and b) I don't want to kill the vibe for what should be the most anticipated date in Calgary soccer history.
I'll just leave this image here. For the inaugural match! Not good at all. I have grave concerns about the pricing and the impact on attendance, atmosphere, revenue, turning off new fans, fan experience, etc. I remain optimistic, but this is a self-constructed mountain in a market that already had an uphill journey on its hands. And that's a real shame.
I'll be there Saturday and as often as I can, pay my money for OneSoccer, etc. but.... this is sobering:
