Really good idea. Mountain View Bowling updated their lanes a while back, solid facility with really good electronic score boards. Factor in glow in the dark bowling/booze for tons of fun.
You just can't go wrong with bowling for fun and laughs. The fun extends into the following day when everyone has one really soar leg and butt cheek.

We held a funeral and a wake for one friend when he turned 40. For the funeral he had to lie in a carboard coffin that we made for him and play dead while all of his friends when up and gave eulogies about his life being over when he hit 40.
Then we had the equivalent of an Irish wake after words and he was allowed to come back to life.

Actually the eulogies were pretty hilarious, and the poor guy was in the coffin half drunk out of his mind trying to keep a straight face.

Sunterra Market hosts cooking classes. They lead, you make and cook, and then you eat. They will host private parties and cater to what you want.
