It's astounding how many times teams are playing their backups against the No Goods. Teams on a trip through Alberta always seem to play the starter in Calgary and the backup in Edmonton.

We do the same thing with them though. Even when our team is fully rested. I think the whole league saw what EDM did to Markstrom in the playoffs and how long it took him to recover from it.

I know they said Marky wasn't 100% for the last EDM game, but I believe they didn't want to expose him like that right before the deadline.
