Hello, I am a poor, desperate sports fan refugee seeking asylum. The place I come from has been torn apart by conflict, widespread suffering, and rampant corruption. I hope that tennis might provide a new start for me and my family, free of incompetent officiating, betting scandals, and endless heartbreak. Where do I sign my application?

Welcome to this sanctuary, dear friend. Although I cannot guarantee an oasis free of heartbreak, we can find comfort in the fact that all calls will be reviewed by a cold, emotionless machine at 360 frames per second and not by doddering fools. We hope that the French Open will join our fraternity in short order.

Felix repeats his performance from set 1 in set 2 taking it 7-6. Keep it going Felix.

Allez Felix!! Rallies nicely from being down a break early in set 3 to take the match 7-6 7-6 7-5 in 3 hours. Into the 4th round at the French Open. Nice!!

Leylah and Felix restored my love for and faith in sports today. Needed that, thanks

The irony is that tennis has been plagued with match fixing by players mainly at the ITF lower levels and that decision to rule no goal last night reeked of the fix being in.
Edit: Just to be clear, I really don't think the fix was in as I don't think the people in the NHL league office in Toronto are clever enough to orchestrate such a thing. Last night's decision was just sheer incompetence.

Sebastian Korda played a heck of a lot better than the 6-4 6-4 6-2 set scores would indicate in a loss to Charlie just now.

Yeah, I have a hard time seeing anyone beat him. Chuck Jail has this tournament on lockdown.

Meanwhile, Sabalenka takes the first set over Giorgi 6-4 and then loses the next two sets 6-1 6-0. Not to steal Girly's thunder, but what kind of tennis is that?

The Women's side is a complete cluster at this point... the Iga is the only top ten seed left and it's not even the Quarterfinals yet. Would be great for Leylah to put together a run here, though I don't think she's looked super strong in the first few matches.
Meanwhile on the men's side all of the favourites are still in play. I want to see Djokovic vs. Jail.
