I hope the Flames draft Red Savage, who had 38 points in 39 USDP games. 5'11 and 174 lbs C/LW. Also had 20 points in 22 USHL games. To put it into perspective, Gaudreau had 72 points in 60 games in the USHL during his draft year.

Connor Bedard's grandfather unfortunately and tragically passed away in a car accident on Tuesday.
He made the decision to return home to his family, but opted to play one more game today. He scored the OT winner today in dedication to his grandfather.
Bedard ended his season with 28 points in 15 games, which is the best in the WHL. 15 years old.
Looks like he'll play in the U18s.

Has anyone heard of this kid? BCHL isn't typically a league you see high level players drafted from (there are obvious exceptions), but the article makes him sound promising (although it's SI, so I don't know how much I trust their hockey coverage)
