Chromecast is the same (although there's a workaround).

There is supposed to be an Apple TV (4th generation) app coming in 2017.

I've used AirPlay from my phone to Apple TV 3rd generation and it works well enough.

They recently added a PlayStation 4 app.

Nope! but Amazon Prime is definitely worth it if you like to shop online and avoid paying shipping and handling on most items. Then you get the crappy streaming service for free!

Selection was quaint with a couple titles worth a view at launch. Right now it's just embarrassing.

Pretty tiny selection, but the HDR/4K quality is still better than Netflix where 4K enabled programs still have visible shadow gradients.

Amazon Prime now gives you access to Prime Music, Amazon's Music Streaming Service...so far it has decent selection of over 1 million songs including The Tragically Hip's final album, Man Machine Poem.
