If we stick to Alberta it seems there is only one party hell bent on driving healthcare professionals out of the province. How bout we focus on that?

Which provinces are welcoming healthcare workers with open arms? Who’s getting it right?

I don’t care where they are going. The problem is they are leaving Alberta. The party in power is actively contributing to this. I think step one is changing out the government and then go from there.

I don't think vaccines have the power to make you that attractive, but I guess it's worth a... shot.

I dunno, I look better when I don't have things like covid, measles, and hepatitis.

I have a mix of Pfizer and Moderna doses, am considered immunocompromised (TNF blockers), and I still haven't caught COVID to my knowledge (could have been asymptomatic and didn't happen to test for it). Wife hasn't either but she's 100% Pfizer'd.
In my incredibly unscientific sample size of 1: so far, so good.

They aren’t really leaving as much as quitting or retiring early. Because it’s been a ####ing gong show through COVID, and wasn’t great before.
This is occurring in a lot of places.

I’m not sure what to do. I’ve had three Pfizer’s and Covid at the end of April. I do work in a school so I’m contemplating getting a fourth but I’m try to figure out the optimal timing. Does anyone have an idea on when I should get another booster for the best protection?

Frankly though, this is a result of our population voting for the same idiots who keep making it worse. We are 2 years into this, and are worse off than when we started. There is zero excuse for this, particularly given our massive surpluses we have which could be used to fix problems.

I want to wait for an updated formula of the vaccine before getting the next shot. That should be soon? Unless they require a recent booster for travel then I guess I have no choice.

We’ll be leaving early October and back in early February. We’re eligible now, I guess, but I’ll likely wait another couple of months for maximum protection during our trip.

If I was in that situation, I would until fall to decide. I think the booster is 5 months+ from your last shot, so I would consider covid a "shot" and wait at least 5 months.
