Damn.... that was some great Tennis either way. Denis looks really hungry but his little hiccups seem to come at the worst times.

Missed the match watching football but it sounds like it was a close match. Considering the level of Diego at the moment I think this is a very positive tourney for Shap.

The French Open does have qualifying rounds and both Brayden Schnur and Steven Diez won their first round qualifying matches. Peter Polansky's first qualifying match is on Tuesday.

The only thing that's going to stop Diego in this first set is the rain falling down.

Novak pulls one ahead of Rafa as far as Masters 1000 titles are concerned. Also, with today's win by Novak, Denis cracks the top 10.
