Jagr's first practice. Hathaway assigned to Stockton.
Today will be his first practice with the team.

Well barring a trade or injury, the only 2 players that can be sent down today are Hathaway and Tkachuk. The Flames didn't put anyone on waivers.

Guy is a legend and just has that presence. Even the ice crew in the background stop what they're doing and perk up like Meerkats to watch him skate around.

Unless someone is injured, there is no other move they can make can they?
They have to be compliant by 3 this afternoon if i am understanding things.
Waiving anyone else would now require waiting til Saturday to clear/get claimed as todays deadline has passed.
So nothing short of a trade that sees more bodies going out than coming back....Hathaway it is.

I hope Hathaway isn't the only one going down as well, but I hope he's one of them. He didn't do much to impress me other than show a bit of effort. Effort alone doesn't win games and that's all I see from Hathaway.

Yeah that'd exactly the situation.
I'm holding onto hope we see a trade to dump a body or 2, but I'm expecting Hathaway goes down.
