15 PUMP HILL Close SW - Wow.. That property is amazing. Time capsule in that it is so dated but also so beautiful. I hope whoever buys it doesn't go nuts but instead brings it up to date with minor touches here and there without ruining the overall appeal of the house. Stunning.

Thanks again for posting these. It's cool to get a glimpse into some of these places.

Hmmm, the master bedroom is kind of strange though.

Sounds like it was a spec house.

Calgary home for sale at $11.5 million: http://www.edmontonjournal.com/busin...802/story.html

I believe it's owned by one of the Shaw guys -- it's in Crescent Heights overlooking Centre Street (you can see the third level deck fencing as you drive up the Centre Street bridge on the left hand side). Interesting to finally see some pics of the interior...

tvp, I believe your right regarding one of the shaw guys. I have driven by the front of this place a few times and always been confused as the front looks so small. I never took the time to pull the satellite image but now it makes sense as they tried to maximize the downtown view.

So comes the million (or should i say multi million) dollar question.

Which property would you prefer? The aspen estate or this crescent heights property.
They are basically the same price but completely different properties.

That Crescent Heights house has the best view in the entire city IMO - you get the downtown view, the river & island, and the mountains.

No question I'd take the Crescent Heights house.

However I have to give them crap for already having the Christmas lights turned on, saw it this morning from Memorial. Too soon.
