There are issues with running Silverlight (what Netflix uses to stream) on some graphics platforms. Good that you could rectify it though.

That could explain one thing that is also kind of annoying me.

I use the netflix plugin to WMC and switch back and forth between XBMC and WMC using a script.

With Netflix the picture is good and movement within a still shot is fine, but once the camera pans, there is pretty significant blocking that occurs.

Do you think that could be the silverlight issue?

I'm in the country on satellite internet, and while the Dl speeds are good (4 MB\s) the latency is obviously higher than DSL or cable. I just thought that was causing it.

I will have to look into this silverlight thing. I need a new video card anyways with this faulty one.

From what I red the Radeon HD6450 is not a great card for full 1080p playback but it sounds like it should be able to handle Silverlight. One way to determine the problem might be to see if reducing the quality on Netflix reduces the problem, if that is true then latency is the issue.

Yeah I think it must be a silver light thing. I fired up netflix on the ps3, and it works great on the same Internet connection.
