There a comment during an interview with Tkachuk that caught my eye. He was asked about video games said he hadn't gotten his set up and was kind of glad so he wouldn't but up late playing call of Duty which was popular with some of the guys, You have to wonder if there is a commitment problem from some players as the Flames do tend show inconstancy.

Canucks get into a lot of high scoring/river hockey affairs.

This probably isn't over.

Just conjecture but there's definitely something up with him this season and I don't think he's going to be a Flame past this season.

I like changing the layout on the second PP.

Tkachuk-Lindholm-Ryan
Andersson-Hanifin

Mostly because Hanifin likes to roam anyways, and Andersson has a better shot from the point than Brodie.

Having 2 different looks from the PP keeps the opposition on their toes. Makes for harder practices, though, I guess.

Dont care what the Flames were doing in front of Rittich but thos score should be 1-0. Those were two very very bad goals the 2-0 and 3-0 goals.

Any powerplay that has Lindholm and Tkachuk on it is the number one unit. Those guys are the straws that stir the drink this year.

Cool to see Krahn on TV after hearing him on 960 for so long. He doesn't look the way I thought he would though

This team is capable of scoring 5 goals in one period. They’re also capable of being shutout for three games in a row. I’ve never been more frustrated by a Flames roster as I am with this one.

Put your conjectures back in your pockets.

One crappy period, just chill out and see it as just that...for once. 2/3 of the game to go.

It’s this. They play Rittich like he’s Brodeur and Talbot is an AHLer on an injury call up. He is one of the highest priced backups in the league, why not play him more?

Maybe he doesn’t look good in practice.

The third goal was weird, but the second goal doesn't score in beer league.

Krahner and Kipper on the same night! If only Fred Brathwaite was in the house for the Trifecta!
