if anyone on Twitch would follow my channel it would be awesome. Almost at the affiliate threshold. I am simulating Flames games when they would have been on and the chat is quite fun during games

Just did the spider boss fight in Ori and damn that was intense. Music is fantastic too. Really love the game, frame rate struggles on the base model but it’s not ruining the game for me.

Wonder when they're going to introduce stealth packages like the F-22, the F-35 the F-117. It'd be cool to see how the game interprets those. Tho I doubt anyone has a computer at home powerful enough to replicate the helmet features, and simulate data linking.
Plus this would be a sweet cockpit. go to about 9 minutes, 10 minutes to see how the helmet works with the cockpit.

My boy recently saw the Sonic the Hedgehog movie and we've been watching playthroughs of the game on youtube, him holding a PS3 remote thinking he is playing.
He's only three so he doesn't really know what is going on, but he is figuring out he isn't actually controlling it.
What would be the easiest method to get him to be able to play Sonic? Just emulate it on PC? Would be better if we could do it on the couch. Is that someone available through a Wii?

The new Sonic Mania that came out in 2017 looks and plays exactly like the classic games, available on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. If you want to play the classics and don't know much about emulation the easist way would be to buy a Genesis Mini
As far as emulation goes you could read into hacking the Wii and it could play all of the classic consoles up to the 16-bit era. Another cheap option would be a Raspberri Pi running RetroPie, but that does still require quite a bit of setup. If you want to emulate from a PC, the fastest way to get playing would be to install RetroArch, install the Genesis Plus GX core and be playing in a few minutes

I never finished the first one but I loved what I played.
Just SO hard. Celeste is the hardest platformer I've ever finished, and it felt a lot easier than Ori.
I'll give this one a try though, but I might have to cheat to finish it.

I quite enjoyed Celeste, and tried Ori based pretty much on this post. Fun time, now I’m on to #2.
Celeste is a lot more straightforward, but to me it’s a lot tougher. Ori needed more creativity but I felt like Celeste was much less forgiving when you made a mistake. Both fun games though, definitely worth a play through.

Nintendo's retro store has most of them for sale. They're like, $8 unfortunately and you need a Switch.

followed! that seems like a really good idea right now, do you simulate them when they would normally play if the season was on?

good luck on getting affiliate
Yes I have been matching the gametimes. So far since the postponement, the Flames are 2-1-1. the shot totals with the gameplay sliders I am using are usually in the 50-60 range and the games have been around 3-5 goals for each team with a random 6-0 Flames win over Winnipeg. The chat is fun haha
really liked it. Feels a bit more open and faster than RE2, but that was to be expected. Really like the level design, looks really good. Nemesis is going to be a pain in the butt lol. Was really looking forward to the game already and the demo didn't exactly change that.
glad they didn't limit the demo to 30 minutes or so like they did with RE2, so I'll give it another go at some point for sure.
