Default "Parkside" Condo's @ Waterfront

Less than 24 hours to hold a unit with me before the general public has access tomorrow!


Update: Had a meeting down at the sales center today.
For reference sake - Waterfront A & B are the 2 towers that are currently there. Outlook is the tower that is almost done closer to the river on the west side. Parkside SW and SE are the 2 towers they have yet to release to the public. They will be launching one of the "stairwell" towers next week vs the initial plan of spring 2015.

The offered up Parkside SE & SW to current owners of Waterfront A & B. Due to a tremendous response, inventory will be limited to the public.

Contact me asap if you want information on a unit in Parkside SW & SE or the first "stair" building.

- Only 2 bedroom units remain in Parkside. There is a 2 bedroom, 3rd floor 858 sq ft unit which faces the protected park and the river available for $550,900.
- There are some Penthouse units in Waterfront which will be going on sale come Spring time. Pretty impressive with over 2,000 sq ft of patio space & 2,500 sq ft of interior space.
- The "stairwell" building which will be launched next week has a mix of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units. Only 2 bedroom units will face the river.
- Junior suites in the 570 sq ft range will be high 200s-low 300s.
- 1 bedroom units, slightly larger than the studios will be mid 300's to the low 400s
- Townhouses available in the Parkside building - 1200 sq ft throughout 2 levels. 2 beds, 2 and a half baths & 2 parking stalls. These are $670,000 which is some of the best price per square foot within the whole complex.

$5,000 to reserve a unit (refundable if you walk away)
5% (less the 5k reservation deposit) is due upon writing the contract.

I heard they didn't even have any flooding of their underground parkade in 2013.

I was out of town during the flooding but know someone who lives there. She said they were evacuated as power was out however if I remember correctly, they turned the power off vs letting the flood potentially do it.
My memory is foggy on the situation but the point stands that it is a pretty safe area to be regardless of being on the river.
