So on buy outs, I have a couple of dudes I want to bounce, right now they're in the AHL but they're older, do I need to bring them up to buy them out, or do I buy them out at the AHL salary.
Do I send the buy out information to the CPHLtrade email?

Keep them in the AHL if they are already there. The salary amount that you are penalized is much smaller that way. You don't need to email it in. Just click on the release player
link on your team page.

Thank you so much for returning Roman, he forget to take his medication on Monday and went for a little walk. Doughty will be so relieved, he's been worried sick, The poor guy has been in tears all week

Folks in the interest of being transparent, please note that in signing his two free agents, Tampa Bay exceeded his cap. However, this is due to some confusion about how our cap works. Given that it is a new GM and the confusion with his cap, we are giving him the opportunity to waive two players so he has room to sign both his UFAs. That will bring him under the cap with space to sign both.
