Do the right thing. Remove it yourself.
She made a mistake. The punishment does not fit the crime.
What if this was your sister in the photo? Would you want it spread all over the internet?
I feel sorry for you and those that support your stance. You seem to have very little compassion for those people who make even the most minor mistakes in life.
Please take the pic down. Its not necessary for the continuance of this discussion.

I live near that area and can tell you that it's not uncommon for dog walkers, joggers, mothers with strollers etc to be seen cutting through the cemetery or walking peacefully by themselves. Though I have no loved ones buried there, I for one welcome it as a constant presence is a deterrent to vandals, it keeps the coyotes at bay (a real problem in Roxboro and Erlton) and contributes to sense of community we have in the area. Being one of Calgary's oldest neighbourhoods, Erlton has 5 different cemeteries scattered throughout it, and while others may shudder at the thought, we embrace it.
As is usually the case, we have very few facts in the matter other than these: a strange man approached a lone female in a deserted cemetery, he followed her, and then took photographs of her and her dog which he posted in an attempt to publicly shame her. If this had happened to your sister, mother or daughter the reaction would likely be the same as my husbands, one that I can't post here.

Strange man? Why not strange woman?
The photographer who happens to live in the area taking shots of his local surroundings, spots something that looks pretty sickening.
I thought you said this park is constantly busy, but then it's quickly deserted?
(Photo was taken around noon).
If it was my Sister, I'd laugh at her... Then bring it up during every Christmas dinner that followed.

Unless there is something I am missing, the punishment (if you are talking about the photo being online) certainly does not fit the crime, she requires a ticket since she continues doing this.
This reminds me of the people that throw their dog poop bags into the trees when no one is looking. They picked it up because someone could see, but chucked it back once they were free and clear.
This person apparently knows the rules and does not care.
Rerun, you tell us what would modify her behaviour? If this photo is unjust punishment, why is she still doing it? Why are neighbours posting (incoherently) and defending her, instead of just saying she understands what she did is wrong and will no longer do it?

Actually, I clearly explained it. The people who have invested in the plots have all the say, and unless you own one and are breaking a rule, you have no argument either.
This is a fact you were not aware of and as far as I am concerned, there is no defence.
She brought her dog where it should not be, she is simply wrong.
Time to move on.
The debate that I have participated in was more geared towards right vs wrong, and that I don't mind photos being used, since the news has used the same tactics for years and years. We must all be aware of the fact that what we do can very easily make it out there for the world to see.

I wonder if this is Girl From Cemetery or Girl From Cemetery's Mom.
Can someone point out where it was indicated that the girl should be raped? Or perhaps PHM could.
