You know that the year has been awful when you completely forget that we finally beat Anaheim in their building to break the curse. Everything was downhill after that.

I'm still shaking my head at people disappointed in Jagr's performance. He was an excellent top 9 option in a garbage system with no training camp at 40 friggin years old
He was awesome when he played and then his health failed him

Me too. Not happy with his performance, but I'd give him one more season to show something significant before moving on from him.
I just don't get why he continues to regress after a strong rookie campaign. He scored 18 goals and 36 points that year. You know who else had similar numbers in his rookie season at roughly the same age? Sean Monahan. I know, he plays with Johnny, but I still wonder why Sam's game continues to drop while Sean's game continues to get better.
