I think I'd sooner trust Robots with guns than most people.

Robots tend to be rational and predictable.

Right now, you need the will of the people to wage war, or at least a large portion of the people and money. With robots, all you need is a handful of people and lots of money.

Oh its not war I'm worried about...its Randos.

A robot is highly unlikely to commit a random act of violence or shoot up a school.

I saw a guy in Costco with a shirt that read "Nuremberg Trials II". What is it referring to? Please tell me it isn't an anti-vaxxer complaining about being persecuted.

Robots are scarier with knives and swords than guns IMO.

One is basically General Grievous. The other is basically a droid that can't hit ####.

100% some anti-vaxxer racist idiot who thinks the next step is they will be rounding up white people and "patriots" and throwing them in camps.

When I, Robot came out the idea of robots taking away humanity's free will and ruling over us to "save us from ourselves" was supposed to be a scary thing. The more time passes the more that scenario looks like a fantastic idea

Humanity cant be trusted with its own existence.

Try it the other way around, all that sugar beforehand will likely reduce the effectiveness of the nap.

I was in the store the other day, and they had a display up promoting the redesigned packaging for Cottonelle. It's mostly black with white logos and text.

The first thought I had when I saw it was, "Are they making Zero Sugar toilet paper now?"

It's probably plant based.

Weird parking situation. I am one of just a few cars in the Coop parking lot, so I just pull through so I can drive straight out, only getting a few items, so don’t need to throw anything in the trunk. When I come out, still one of a few cars in the parking lot, but somebody actually parked behind me, but backed in to the spot. I don’t get why they wouldn’t have just driven through another empty set of spots. I am perplexed.

Also - $7.99 for a loaf of cheese bread! WTF! It feels like last week I picked up a loaf and it was $3.99.

I paid something like $5.99 over the winter. When I mentioned the increase to the cashier she said other customers complained. My guess it will go stale sitting on the shelf.

Playing psychological games with you?
Needed to use your car as a bumper so they'd know when they were fully in the spot?
OCD person needed to balance things out?
Habit... that's "their spot"?
Young driver practicing, mom wanted to make it more realistic?
Incompetent parker can't get between the lines without another car there? (But why back in?)

Yeah, this is fun but I can't come up with one good reason other than "oblivious."
